Teena is the proud grandmother of 4. She is blessed to be doing what she loves so very much.
In March 2018, Teena regained her diminishing ability to walk due to the work of a talented surgeon who in Teena's own words, gave her "new legs." Having resigned herself to never being able to run or even walk a half mile again, she is now in a position to fulfill one of her lifelong dreams, to appear on "Dancing With The Stars." Participating in this event lets her cross this item off her bucket list.
Teena loves being a wife, mom, grandma, entrepreneur and now, Dancing Queen!
Instructor: Nicholas Edwards
Nicholas Edwards has been in the dance world for as long as he can remember. Both of his parents were ballroom dance instructors and he grew up in the studio. As an adult, he was sure he would NOT follow in their footsteps, but life had different plans! With a BA in Theatre & Performance Studies, he returned to his roots and is currently instructing at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Kennesaw; his dance home for the last five years. He enjoys teaching both private and group sessions for all levels but more than anything, he loves working with an awesome team and wonderful students in such a great place to learn!
He could not be happier to perform for such a wonderful cause!
